Zutaten

500 ml Wasser
1 Würfel Germ
500 g Backfein Kornplus 10-Korn-Mehl
5 EL Apfel-Walnuss-Essig
150 g Kerne (Sonnenblumen, Chia, Leinsamen, usw...)
2 TL Salz

Zubereitung

Lauwarmes Wasser mit Germ verrühren, Mehl unterkneten, Essig, Salz und Körner darunterheben.

Bei 180°C ca. 55 Min. in einer Kastenform backen.
