10 dag Staubzucker
1 Packung Vanillezucker
15 dag Backfein Mehl
Schokoglasur
Marillenmarmelade

Zubereitung

Dotter mit Zucker schaumig rühren, Vanillezucker und Mehl unterheben. Mit einem Spritzsack Knopfgroß aufspritzen und bei 200 ca.10- 15 Minuten backen.
Abkühlen lassen, eine Seite mit Marillenmarmelade bestreichen, zusammenkleben und bis zur Hälfte in Schokoglasur tauchen.
