Zutaten

25 dag Backfein Mehl
3 TL Backpulver
8 dag Zucker
1 grosser Apfel
1 TL Zimt
1 TL Salz
1 Ei
4 El Öl
200 ml Milch

Zubereitung

Apfel schälen und grob reiben. Mit Mehl, Backpulver,Zucker, Salz und Zimt mischen. Ei, Öl und Milch seperat mischen und glatt rühren. Alle Zutaten miteinander mit dem Schneebesen kurz verrühren. Masse in 12 Muffinsformen verteilen und bei 180 ° C ca. 20 Minuten backen.
